VAT (25%) is included in all prices. We reserve the right to adjust prices for changed factors that we do not control. Examples of changes in VAT, currency, fees, excise taxes and / or abnormally large changes in purchase prices. We reserve the right for price errors in our webshop, for obviously incorrectly priced goods, LEDX reserves the right to cancel the order.


3 year warranty:

During the warranty period, LEDX undertakes to be responsible for the function of the product. The warranty does not apply to: accident, neglect, overvoltage / thunderstorm, abnormal use or if you have failed to follow maintenance and service instructions. For batteries, a 3-year warranty applies with a deductible of 1/3 of the price of a new battery after 12 months, and 2/3 of the price of a new battery after 24 months.

Be careful with your purchase document, this is your guarantee part. Warranty item repaired. If repair is considered unprofitable, the product can be replaced with another with similar function / performance. For legal persons only the manufacturer's warranty is valid, see product packaging or manual.


Rights of regret:

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the warranty period for a product is 3 years. In order to invoke the right of complaint, it is you as a customer who must prove that the defect on the product existed at the time of purchase. This should be done within a reasonable time after you have noticed or should have noticed the error.


Right of withdrawal applies to purchases from our online shop:

When you buy from our webshop, the right of withdrawal applies according to the distance and home sales law. As a customer with us, you can always cancel your purchase within the prescribed time by notifying customer service. In connection with this information, Customer Service provides information on how to return the item and how the refund will be made. The distance trading law entitles you to 14 days. LEDX gives you 30 days of cancellation right from the day you received the item.

Right of withdrawal applies if the item incl. accessories are returned in essentially unchanged condition. The customer pays the shipping cost and will recieve a refund for the order will within 30 days from the day we received the items. Contact support@ledx.se or +46 18 67 79 90



You can make a complaint via support@ledx.se. If the error cannot be rectified by any means other than having to return the item, we will agree on how the return should proceed. We pay for the shipping back to you. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the error. Fill out our Online service system which you will find on our website under Information> Support.


Warranty Service:

The normal procedure for warranty claims is repair. Normal repair time is 1-2 weeks. If no fault is found by our service workshop, the inspection fee and return shipping may be charged to you.



We follow the General Complaints Board's decision.


Postage and fees(applies to Sweden):

LEDX subsidizes shipping costs according to our sales terms on the website.


Delivery time:

Packages for private individuals usually 1-2 days. Provided your goods are in stock, your order will leave our warehouse no later than the next weekday. Ordered goods that are not in stock will be delivered as soon as possible, we will notify you of the delivery time. In case of delay, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost.

DHL:Shippment will be available a maximum of 14 days at DHL Service point.


Unresolved packages:

For unresolved packages we charge SEK 200.



We export to most countries in Europe.


Transport Insurance:

Our packages are transport insured, damaged shipments are advertised directly at the delivery point. Smaller orders (up to 300 :-) can be sent by letter, these cannot then be tracked and are not insured either.



In Sweden you can choose to pay with Klarna or Paypal. In the rest of Europe you pay with Paypal.



Your personal information is mainly used to administer your purchase, delivery of goods and to provide you with relevant service or other customer follow-up and to analyze your behavior to provide you with targeted and relevant marketing offers (so-called profiling), product information and for market and customer analyzes, business and method development and statistics.
